- All apparel may be returned for a full refund as long as the product remains in its original condition. It must be evident that it is returned in the same state it was received.
- All drinkware (tumblers, mugs) may be returned for a full refund as long as the the product remains in its original condition. It must be evident that it is returned in the same state it was received.
- All custom or personalized orders are considered final. No refunds will be issued for custom products.
- Customer must email CustomerService@BabyGiftsies.com within 14 days of delivery and provide a valid reason for their request.
- All items must be shipped back to Baby Giftsies - 3755 Avocado Blvd., Suite 115, La Mesa CA 91941 within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Returns received after the 21-day return period are accepted at our discretion. Late returns are subject to store credit.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels, when applicable.
- All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified.
- Late returns will be subject to receiving store credit rather than original tender.
- All refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item in its original condition.
